Firm’s History

The firm Miltons was established in 1995 and subsequently changed to Miltons Matsemela.

The attorneys of this firm have jointly notched up in excess of 514 years of collective experience in practice. We have offices in Table View, Durbanville, Cape Town, Claremont, Helderberg, Tyger Valley, Paarl, Hout Bay, Johannesburg and the Garden Route. Even though conveyancing is our core business, we also offer estate agency law, notarial services, wills & trusts.

The firm is directed by 16 partners, 11 associates and in excess of 150 professional and paralegal staff members.

We understand the importance of transferring property and registering bonds promptly, efficiently and cost effectively.
