We have an accredited facilitator who spearheads the training. Legal intricacies will be further covered by our various attorneys, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for all in attendance.
We would like to assist you, as the principal, in qualifying your agents to become full status property practitioners.
COURSE FEE: Upon request.
The MMTA provides enrolment, training and support.
HOW TO ENROL A CANDIDATE ESTATE AGENT:
- The candidate estate agent may only be enrolled by their principal or office manager.
- The enrollment form must be completed in full, signed and forwarded to mmta@miltons.law.za Please attach a certified colour copy ID, an updated curriculum vitae and proof of course fee payment to your email.
- Upon receipt of the above, we will be in direct contact with the principal and the candidate estate agent.
VENUE – all training will be conducted from our MM Training Academy situated at our MM office, 10 Oxford Street, Durbanville.

At the MMTA we contributed to the upliftment of final year underprivileged scholars who are finding it difficult to secure acceptance into a college/university or even a possible vacancy in the private sector and wanting to engage in a career in the legal field. Each year we identify 4 students who would like to further themselves in the various aspects in the field of law. The duration of the training is one year.
