We are a boutique property law firm, which has specialised in property transfers; developments of schemes (consisting of amongst other things, registration of sectional title schemes; security estate; sub-division of erven; consolidations of erven; preparing Home-Owner Constitutions and so forth).

Specialising in Conveyancing, we have an extensive network, with branch offices throughout the Western Cape, Garden Route and Gauteng. Currently we employ in excess of 150 staff members.

Having the latest technology at our disposal, we are able to attend to property transfers of property anywhere in South Africa! Where we do not have a physical office, we will arrange for a correspondent attorney to see the client at no additional expense. We are able to communicate electronically with any and all roll players who traditionally participate in any transfer, at the press of a button.
