Accreditation number 01-QCTO/SDP260224200923, SAQA ID 118714 as a Skills Development Provider (SDP) – Occupational certificate: Real Estate Agent NQF Level 4 – 150 credits

The main objective of the MMTA is to help our students successfully complete the NQF Level 4 course and obtain their SoR’s.

This course is meticulously designed to enhance the competencies of aspiring Property Practitioners, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge necessary for advancement in their careers according to the new course curriculum which came into effect on July 1st, 2024.

The qualification framework consists of six comprehensive modules that integrate Knowledge, Practical Skills, and Work Experience. Each module is structured to ensure a thorough understanding of real estate principles, legal frameworks, and practical application in the field.

Our accredited facilitator leads the training initiatives at the MMTA, underpinned by a strong team of attorneys who address the legal intricacies inherent in the real estate landscape. This collaborative approach guarantees that learners receive a holistic and well-rounded educational experience.
A fundamental component of our curriculum is the Work Experience element, overseen by the academy.

Each student’s practical progress is assessed monthly by the Principal Property Practitioner, ensuring that they are meeting learning objectives and enhancing their practical skills. Students are required to complete and submit their work for each module prior to advancing, fostering a deep engagement with the material.

Course Duration and Attendance Requirements:
The MMTA’s program spans a duration of six months, with classes convening for four consecutive days each month at our training facility located at 10 Oxford Street, Durbanville. This format allows for an immersive learning experience and the opportunity for candidates to apply their learning in a timely manner.

Due to logistics and by prior arrangement only, we can offer class attendance via the Zoom platform.

Certification Pathway:
Upon successful completion of the NQF Level 4 course, students will receive a Summary of Results (SoR) from the MMTA.
The students must submit their SoR’s to the QCTO assessment quality centre, qualifying them to register and write the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA).

The MMTA is also registered as an assessment centre and students can register with us to write their EISA. Only after the successful outcome of the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA) and the qualification awarded, candidates will be eligible to write the Professional Designated Examination (PDE 4). Upon passing the PDE 4, participants will attain their non-principal full status as Property Practitioners, greatly enhancing their career prospects within the real estate sector.
