The Professional Designated Examination (PDE) is an integrated examination of knowledge for property practitioners as per regulatory requirements of the Education Regulations promulgated under Government Notice R.633 on 4 June 2008.

Only property practitioners who have been certified as having successfully completed the relevant qualifications or who have been exempted will be eligible to take the examination.

At MMTA we offer a one-day PDE preparation class at a minimal fee of R285 (incl VAT) per class.
