His professional journey commenced with the completion of his articles at a law firm located in Somerset West, where he meticulously developed his proficiency in civil litigation.

In 2018, Ivan achieved admission as both an Attorney and Conveyancer, further augmenting his credentials with the designation of Notary in 2020. This progression reflects his dedication to expanding his legal expertise and enhancing his service capabilities. Following his admission, he joined a firm in Strand as a Senior Associate, concentrating primarily on litigation matters.

Subsequently, Ivan transitioned to a firm catering to the Overstrand region, where he shifted his focus toward conveyancing and notarial work. This strategic pivot underscores his adaptability and commitment to serving the specific needs of his clients within the real estate sector.
