Melissa was born and raised in Cape Town. She finished high school in 1999 and obtained a Managerial Certificate whereafter she managed various fast-food outlets for a number of years. From thereon she moved into the retail industry and eventually found herself an opportunity to experience what training in a law firm has to offer.

Melissa joined Miltons in 2008 as a post clerk/switchboard operator and has worked herself up to her current position as Operational Manager Marketing. She finds joy in her kitchen during her off time and enjoys baking for her loved ones.
