We have received official confirmation that the Deeds Office will no longer allow us to have access to track the progress of a transfer once it is lodged. Whereas in the past, we could check on which level of examination the Deeds were on, in order to try and predict more accurately when a deed might come up on prep. We will no longer be able to do this.
As such, it will be a case of lodging and just waiting for the deed to come out.
