Firstly, I would like to thank you (sincerely) for the service that you have provided to us. Throughout this entire process, we never had to question the status quo as you were always proactive in providing updates and always making sure that the tracker was updated for us to view. Whenever we had any questions, you were always so patient with us regardless of whether you had to repeat yourself, just to help with our understanding of the process and general terms and conditions. You were always so responsive (literally responding within minutes) with regards to emails and this we appreciated the most. We have never had to chase after you or constantly follow up because you never left us hanging. We acknowledge that this process can be pretty stressful but you helped us alleviate some of that – just by always being an email away and by providing information that assures integrity.
